Rental Policy – Important Information

Rental Conditions

• Minimum age: 21 years old.

• Valid driver’s license: Must be presented at the time of rental.

• Identification: A valid Passport or National ID card is required.

Pick-Up & Drop-Off

• Agadir City: Free delivery and pick-up within the city limits.

• Agadir Al Massira Airport: Free delivery 24/7 for all our clients.

• Other Locations: Additional charges may apply for delivery outside Agadir limits.

Late Return Fees

• Please respect the agreed return time. Fees will apply for any vehicle returned after the scheduled time to ensure the car is ready for the next client.

Cancellations & Reservation Changes

• Reservation changes: Possible and free of charge up to 48 hours before the rental start.

• Cancellations: Accepted up to 48 hours before the rental period without any penalty.
