Reservation
After a reservation is made on this booking engine, when your reservation is confirmed, Generation Cars will send you an email with the voucher (confirmed RESERVATION) within 24h so that you will have all the necessary information prior to your arrival in Agadir or at the Airport. Generation Cars only uses your e-mail address for sending you a voucher. We only use your phone number to contact you if there are any questions about your reservation. If you need to make any alterations to your reservation, you must contact Generation Cars by e-mail clearly informing of the precise details of such alteration. Generation Cars does not guarantee that the necessary alterations can be processed. As a condition of your use of this booking system, you undertake Generation Cars that you will not use this booking system for any purpose that is unlawful. In particular, you agree:
• Not to use the booking system to make any speculative or false reservation;
• Not to use the booking system to research rental vehicle provider or our pricing;
• Not to use the name Generation Cars for commercial purposes without prior permission.

Booking cancellation
Every reservation must be canceled 48 hours prior to the arrival time. If a reservation is created less than 48 hours before the pickup date, the potential prepayment sum is not refunded in case of cancellation.
Requirements for Customer
Customer shall be aware that all children (regardless of their age) are counted as passengers and must have an individual seat. The number of passengers cannot go beyond the seating capacity of the vehicle. Smoking and drinking are prohibited in the vehicle. In case of violation, the driver has the right to stop the car and ask Customer to leave.
Pick up and drop off
Flight Information – for Agadir Al Massira Airport pick-up, it is essential that Generation Cars receives the correct flight number and arrival time. If this information is not available at the time of reservation, please inform us at least 2 days prior to your departure. Our driver waits for the Customer in the pick-up location holding a sign with the Customer’s last name on it.
Complaints
All complaints and or problems must be received in writing form within 7 days after drop-off date. Generation Cars cannot process complaints made outside of this period.
Basics included in the price
Customer support, additional driver, child seat (on request). No Deposit is required for your rental with Generation Cars.
Legal driving age & Required documents
Adult must be 21 years old in order to hire a car. Required documents: Driving licence and passport.
Procedures in case of accident
In case of damage or theft, the User is obliged to immediately inform Generation Cars and the Police. The user is obliged to remain at the scene of the traffic accident until the arrival of the police.
Policies & Restrictions
• Border crossing: Travelling outside Morocco is not allowed.
• Cleanliness: Extremely dirty interior of the car will be charged when dropping off.
• Fines: Parking and traffic fines are client’s responsibility.
• Losses: Loss of keys and vehicle’s documentation is charged 500 EUR.
